321 Buddy is a non-profit organization that was established in 2021, developed to promote charitable support, provide a safe local venue, and coordinate available and supportive resources for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to include community programs, partnerships, and gatherings.

Founder of 321 Buddy, inspired by her son's Down syndrome diagnosis. She leads initiatives like A Place for Me and The Opportunity Circle to support community connection and growth.

John Sander
Board Member
An education leader with 25+ years of experience, John supports 321 Buddy through strategic planning, volunteer coordination, and advocacy for individuals with special needs.

Andrea Graham
Board Member
A mother and advocate, Andrea founded Emma's Exceptional Equipment Exchange and works to ensure inclusive support for families of children with differing abilities.

Dr. Rebecca Partridge
Board Member
A physician and parent, Dr. Partridge founded the Down Syndrome Program at Virginia Mason and champions community education, research, and medical support.

Brooke Brown
Board Member
Washington's 2021 Teacher of the Year and mother, Brooke advocates for inclusion and leads equity efforts in education while supporting 321 Buddy events and programming.

Charlotte Fien
Board Member
An advocate with Down syndrome and autism, Charlotte is a UW senior and international speaker promoting disability rights, inclusion, and justice reform.
